This page deletes your account for Zetfeed, the news reader published by Imgwerx LLC. You don't need the app installed and you don't need to sign in. We email a six-digit code to the address on the account to confirm the request is yours.

If you can still sign in, Settings → Account in the Zetfeed apps and website erases exactly the same data.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and no way to restore an account afterwards. We erase your profile and sign-in credentials, your subscriptions and folders, your reading history, saved articles, tags and blocked keywords, your preferences and notification tokens, your game progress and statistics, the personalization data behind your "For You" feed, and any credentials for services you connected.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Backups. Copies of your data may survive in routine system backups for about a week, until those backups are overwritten.
  • Accounts terminated for abuse. If we terminated an account for violating our Terms of Service, we keep a one-way hash of the email address and the reason, so it cannot simply be recreated. The hash is not readable as an email address.
  • Feeds removed for abuse. If you added a feed we took down for abuse, we keep the IP address that submitted it. For every other feed you added, that address is erased with your account.

Anything you exported to another service stays with that service, under its policy. Our Privacy Policy covers all of this in full.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Only the store can do that, so cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings, or you will keep being billed.
